| Full Throttle 09/01/17 10:23:44 PM #1 | Now it's been revealed that a 16 y/o boy had MURDERED her by using a HAMMER to kill her after she tried to buy MARIJUANA from him!! The 16 y/o is now being held on 250,000 bond after he was arrested at O.D Wyatt High School. Kaytlynn went missing on June 19th near her parent's house in Bedford and an arrest warrant states that she and her killer were involved in a drug transaction. Text messages showed that she sought to obtain marijuana from him at the time of her disappearance. She went to his apartment where it was there he used a hammer to kill her and police found blood spots inside of that kid's apartment..as well as the hammer itself. DNA tests showed that her blood was on the hammer and Kaytlynn's parents were informed of the murder Police defended their decision not to issue an Amber Alert at the time of her disappearance as there was no evidence she was abducted nor that there was further risk to the community. Do you think legalizing marijuana will stop these murders? Critics have blasted the method as the untested combination of fentanyl and 2 other drugs could result in him waking up mid-execution and unable to move or express distress as he dies Scott was convicted in the 2002 shooting of 22 y/o Jeremiah Miller before hacking up his body and stuffing it in a suitcase and dumping it outside of an apartment complex He was already serving 22 years for the killing of Jasen Green whose body was found in a plastic container outside Phoenix..and is set to die as the state "struggled" to find a method Lethal injections involve a 3 drug cocktail including a sedative to knock them out, a muscle relaxant to paralyze them and then the fatal injection. The state used to use midazolam an hydromorphone as anesthetics but drug manufacturer Pfizer is refusing to allow either to be used That caused other states finding other ways to kill prisoners as Arkansas had to quickly kill 11 of the men in their state before supplies of midazolam ran out but ultimately only 3 were killed Now the state is turning to fetanyl to do the job.. If so, i need to take a closer look at the state budget. I'll deal with it but don't want to pay for it" That's when he said that the memorial is not going away and said "Those folks won't put up with it like they do in Atlanta. It best you move on" Jones told him to put his "hoods" and "tiki torches" away and suggested they be moved to private property. But then it took a threatening turn when he said "I can guarantee you won't be met with torches but something a lot more definitive. People in south georgia are people of action, not drama.". The Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning were notified and began an investigation. They said "We have received numerous emails and social media messages concerning a recent field trip by Holdheide Academy. This program operates on a licensed child care program and indicates they operate a private school with elementary aged children in Grades K-2nd." On Monday, the DECAL issued a cease and desist order after the incrimminating photos were made public and now they must stop caring for preschool children from their licensed program in a building meant for older children in their privatee school. He spent the entire day running errands on his day off but was not keen on talking to dailymail reporters as his trailer trash family ATTACKED the cameramen who tried asking him questions. He is under strict parole conditions which include not being allowed to leave Michigan or change his place of residence without permission of probation officers. He was 24 in 1995 when he appeared on the Jenny Jones show with 32 y/o Scott Amedure when Scott said he had a romantic interest in him which apparently embarrassed and angered him.. Jonathan AGREED to appear on the show as the segment was on "Secret Admireres" as he was expecting it to be a woman and not his gay neighbor He was so enraged and said he was "completely heterosexual" and 3 days afer the taping, he started drinking heavily and purcahsed a 12 gauge shotgun and went to Scott's mobile home and shot him twice at close range in the chest. He called police and admitted he had murdered him and turned himself in after admitting the "shame" of being embarrassed on national television. He was sentenced to 25-50 years for 2nd degree murder and although that was overturned, a retrial occurred with the same verdict. Jonathan was granted parole and will be supervised until Augut 22, 2019. The victim's faily were outraged over the release as they were troubled with not knowing if Jonathan had learned his lesson despife sentence given to him as they do not believe he is no longer a homophobe nor has gotten appropriate psychological care.
